- Carrot salad : Laundry and cut one to two Carrots. Similarly add various other veggies too such as onion, tomato, cucumber according to your liking as well as requirement. Squeeze half lemon and also spray some salt to preference.
- Carrot Fresh Juice : Take four to five Carrot. Wash as well as peel them properly. Put them in a juicer. Strain the juice. Add black salt and couple of drops of lemon juice. Have it preferably in the morning meal.
