How to take Adoosa:-

- Adoosa Tablets : Take one to two tablet computers of Adoosa. Swallow it with water one to two times a day.
- Adoosa Capsule : Take one to two pills of Adoosa. Swallow it with water one to two times a day.
- Adoosa Powder : Take one fourth to half teaspoon of Adoosa powder. Add honey to it or take it with water one to two times a day, or, Take half to one teaspoon of Adoosa powder. Add honey to it. Apply evenly on the impacted area. Wait for two to three hours. Wash extensively with tap water. Use this remedy two to three times a week to control ringworm, itching and rashes.
- Adoosa Kwath : Take half to one teaspoon of Adoosa powder. Add two mugs of water and also steam it. Await five to ten minutes or till the volume minimizes to half a mug. This is Adoosa Kwath. Take two to three teaspoon of this Kwath. Add the same quantity of water to it. Consume it two times a day preferably after meals.
- Adoosa fresh leaves : Take four to five leaves of Adoosa. Crush to form a paste. Apply it on the boils. Use this remedy once daily to remove boils and also ulcers.
